Works by Hans-J\u00fcrgen Westphal are sold. These can be unique pieces or small series – worked in handicraft or artistic production.<\/p>\r\n

The presentation of the works in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. The colours shown may differ on delivery; the dimensions given may also vary and differ due to the handicraft work and work without moulding tools.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

All prices quoted are final prices and include the statutory value added tax. The shipping costs will be communicated in the order confirmation after the order. As a rule, they correspond – depending on the size of the shipping box – to the currently valid shipping costs of DHL or Hermes.<\/p>\r\n

If a right of revocation exists and is exercised, the customer shall bear the costs of the return shipment.<\/p>\r\n

The customer has exclusively the following payment options:<\/p>\r\n

– Advance payment of the invoice amount
\r\n– Cash payment upon collection.<\/p>\r\n

Other methods of payment are not offered.<\/p>\r\n

The invoice will be sent by e-mail. The invoice amount is to be transferred to the specified account as advance payment within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We deliver the goods after receipt of payment within the agreed delivery time.<\/p>\r\n

The works are dispatched by DHL or Hermes after completion.<\/p>\r\n

Works from stock are dispatched within 4 working days by DHL or Hermes.<\/p>\r\n

As a rule, the parcel shipment – transit time \/ delivery time – is approx. five days.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

8. Right of revocation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The customer\/client is entitled to a right of revocation in accordance with the statutory provisions.<\/p>\r\n

He has the right to revoke a concluded contract\/order within fourteen days without stating reasons.<\/p>\r\n

The revocation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which he or a third party designated by him has taken possession of the works.<\/p>\r\n

If the customer\/client makes use of his right of revocation, he shall, insofar as he has already received the goods, return them without delay. He shall bear the costs of the return shipment.<\/p>\r\n

of his decision to revoke the concluded contract\/order.<\/p>\r\n

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation is sent before the expiry of the revocation period.<\/p>\r\n

Consequences of the revocation<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

If a contract\/order is revoked, we are obliged to repay all payments we have received without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of the revocation – including the delivery costs, but excluding the additional costs resulting from the fact that a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us was chosen. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that was used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will fees be charged because of this repayment. We may withhold the repayment until we have received the goods back or proof has been provided that the goods have been returned, whichever is the earlier.<\/p>\r\n

The goods must be returned without delay within fourteen days of the day on which we were informed of the cancellation of the contract\/order to the<\/p>\r\n

returned or handed over. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the goods have been dispatched before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.<\/p>\r\n

The customer\/client shall bear the direct costs arising from the return of the goods.<\/p>\r\n

The customer\/client must pay for any loss in value of the goods insofar as this is recognisably due to improper handling after checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Contracts\/orders shall be drawn up in German; their further execution shall be in German.<\/p>\r\n
